Our Mission:
Mountains in Motion was built by Gabriel O’Dea and Melissa Wolf, who met at Campfire in Evergreen, Colorado in 2024 and are now engaged and running this company together.
With over 25 years of combined experience across the service industry as well as outside the service industry—from frontline roles to management and full operational leadership—we’ve lived every side of the business.
We started this company after seeing both what works and what breaks a restaurant behind the scenes.
Our mission is to help good, well-intentioned owners build operations that are clear, structured, and built to last.
We believe successful restaurants don’t just benefit ownership—they create opportunities, drive tourism, and strengthen the communities around them.
We build profitable & scalable restaurant systems
For new and underperforming restaurants ready to operate with clarity and consistency.
Does any of this sound familiar?
You’re busy, but the restaurant still feels chaotic
Managers work hard, yet results are inconsistent
You’re answering the same questions every day
Labor and food costs don’t line up with expectations
You feel uneasy heading into busy seasons or patio service
The operation relies too heavily on one or two people
Tension builds during peak shifts, even with good people
Most restaurants don’t fail from lack of effort—they fail from lack of systems.
