About Us
Mountains in Motion was founded by Gabriel O’Dea and Melissa Wolf—partners in business and in life. We met while working together at Campfire in Evergreen, Colorado and built this company from a shared belief: good restaurants shouldn’t fail because of a lack of systems.
Between the two of us, we bring over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Gabriel’s path runs from dishwasher to General Manager to consultant, with hands-on experience operating at a high level and building systems inside the business. Melissa’s path brings experience from years of hosting, serving, bartending, management, and consulting—along with a background in corporate upper-level management, organizational leadership, marketing, social media, and website design.
We’ve both seen the same thing from different angles: strong concepts with good people behind them, held back by a lack of clarity, alignment, and structure. That’s why we built Mountains in Motion.

We’re based in Colorado and take a hands-on, relationship-driven approach to every partnership. This isn’t a distant consulting model—we’re in it with you, working through the realities of your operation.
